Game crashing although I have this mod installed

Now let me explain what my issue is to give you a better understanding about my issue. whenever i play the game for a while the game crashes although i did not expect this to happen. and not to mention i have 1.200 installed and silentpatch. I do not know the issue and before you ask no i did not use the custommemory option in the INI file. I even tried making bully compatible with windows xp (service pack 3) but that had no help to my problem. will this be fixed Soon?
