Include Dependencies

Include dependencies as part of the git. This way we don't have dependency issues with people having download issues or versioning problems.

Initial inclusion for Windows (current dev environment) - could include for other OS's easily via folder set up. Perhaps include adding the necessary folders part of an initial run to save the user headaches if they aren't tech-oriented.
