Styler moving to base

The stylesheet customizer is going to move to Base.

I made a mistake. I thought that if I were to have a submodule within a module, and load only that submodule (no other submodule), then it would not load the methods of the other submodules within that module. This is not correct. As a result, there will be more extensions than previously anticipated, and things will be a bit more module. For example, OliveDefaults is becoming

• OliveAutoComplete.jl
• OliveDocBrowser

The Styler extension is moving to Olive, which is what this issue is about.

It is worth mentioning OliveSession is the other project that will be changing in this way... For now, into
