Changes to user settings page:

  • Update top messaging
  • Change "Cadasta instance url" label to "Cadasta url"
  • Change Cadasta url field to dropdown with "other" option that provides a text input field if selected
  • Add "Go" button following instance url (serves to clear fields below upon url change)
  • Disable username, password, and connect button until url is selected and "Go" button is clicked
  • Removed "auth token empty" message
  • Remove "Clear" button until after a successful connection is made
  • Move "Connect" button up and turn it blue (except when disabled)
  • Show asterisks in password field
  • Update "auth token saved" message and combine it with successful connection message
  • Change "Clear" button to gray
  • Update "auth token empty" message and combine with connection failed

I apologize if some of these may be redundant with other changes already requested in other tasks.

Hey @dimasciput and @cchristelis!

The big issue I am running into with partners is confusion around the User Settings. I think that the recommendations that Chandra is made here would GREATLY help partners-- particularly the dropdown for the URL.

Could you let me know if all of these changes are possible? If not, are there any workarounds?
