The QGIS Plugin is very confusing for partners, especially those that are not so good with English.

We need to have more guidance for users and less windows.

User Settings:

Make the URL a dropdown or select option. (can we only show staging if the user has a cadasta email?)
Change "Test Connection" to "Connect"
After "Save" a partner needs guidance for what to do, can we take them to a window that lets them choose "Download", "Update" or "Create"?

Download Project:
- Autoclose the second window when the download is done. There is no reason to force the user to "Close" the window. Extra step
