TComStateFlags error to cimpile #13

Hello i tried to compile the component and send me this error
CPort.pas(375,26) Error: Identifier not found "TComStateFlags"

some body know how to solve this problem, I don't know what happened it was working but sadly send me this error...

when i tried to compile mi app
