Honour clearHistory option for /ban (#62)

Discord API offers a way to clear history natively.
This option is still not honoured for /kick

32308d8 introduces a change where the "clear history" operation is now handled by Discord itself rather than Hammer.

This does not fix the buggy behaviour when using /kick, however
