How to send messages between Skills using TwilioWhatsAppAdapter

Description

Twilio Adapter expects header params x-twilio-signature. How to send it from RootBotApp to SkillBotApp.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run RootBotApp and SkillAppBot in TwilioWhatsAppAdapter
  2. Post to skill from RootBot

Thanks for reporting, @manju605. I don't have experience with this yet, but perhaps we can have a look at adapters for C#.

I can imagine that the TwilioWhatsAppAdapter needs a small rewrite, but I wouldn't know where to start.

Hopefully I have some time in the coming weeks to have a look here, apparently this was already logged a while ago. #153

@manju605 are you still using this adapter? And are you using Composer by any chance?
