[Feature] Difference between member and non-member users of YT chat

These additions are to improve the chat (I use the Clean theme). For example, it would be nice to differentiate between member and non-member youtube users. Also, it would be nice to add a differentiation for moderator users, I don't think there is a native way to do it but we could add moderators manually for the YouTube chat :3

But im not streaming on youtube so I need to set everything up.
