Quick summary
In cloud.jetpack.com and under the Site Search menu in the sidebar (after clicking on 'Switch Site'), it appears as though URLs can be displayed translated.
There is an example provided in this issue - https://github.com/Automattic/jpop-issues/issues/7903 - where a Jetpack connected site (site language set to French) is showing up with the URL partially translated.
What is unclear at this stage is what is causing that translation (and also why that translation is possible). It's also not been replicated at this stage so it is possible the issue is localised, however I'm creating this issue here as well in case anyone with more experience of Calypso Green is familiar with what might be happening in the meantime.
