Quick summary

Currently, when you visit a single plugins page the back button doesn't exit any more.

Steps to reproduce

Visit https://wordpress.com/plugins/akismet

notice that there is no back button in the header any more.

What you expected to happen

There should be a back button in the header that takes you back to all plugins view.

What actually happened

You see an empty header.

Plugins interface has changed now - so cannot reproduce this.
