Unable to Log Out of WordPress.com

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Was logged into WordPress.com AND in wp-admin of an atomic site hosted on WP.com
2. I was trying to log out so I could test some FB ads analytics
3. Logging out via wp-admin redirected me to WordPress.com
4. Attempting to log out here sent me to a 403 nginx page

What I expected to happen

I expect to be logged out and be able to view the site as a logged out user.

What actually happened

I was redirected several times and then taken to a 403 nginx page.

Running Chrome on Big Sur

Does this happen on simple or atomic sites or both?

It seemed to happen on the dashboard but I was working on an atomic site.

Level of impact (Does it block purchases? Does it affect more than just one site?)
