Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Create a new page, add an Image block on it
  2. Set an Alt, and Title directly on the image, from the media library

What I expected to happen

To see a pop up showing the image's title.

What actually happened

There's no title attribute on the image.

I also found this on GH, it seems the title was introduced to the block on v6.9, but it's not there - anymore? Not sure if it was also not adding the attribute to the code.

Thank you for reporting this and great job and finding that related PR! I tested this and it seems to be coming from the core editor, so I opened a mirror issue here WordPress/gutenberg#32668

This can be closed as the original issue was fixed in Gutenberg: WordPress/gutenberg#32668 Let us all rejoice.
