I received a report about this in 28766815-hc too, for https://webstripe.net/2021/05/19/android-12/

The site was set to Coming Soon at the time.

The post does not appear to be listed in Google Search results, or in Reader.

I have a similar report. A user mentioned that their website has been set to Coming Soon, yet they received Likes -- which coming from Reader. I also able to see the posts on Reader:
https://wordpress.com/read/feeds/113424085

User report: 4112478-zen

This is similar as this issue:
#51660

But that issue has been closed. From what I know, a website on Coming Soon should not have posts visible on Reader 🤔
