Quick summary

Tested from the Twenty Seventeen theme demo page and was able to replicate.
Steps to reproduce
Access https://twentyseventeendemo.wordpress.com/ from mobile;
Click the main Menu button;
It does not display the menu options.
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
The menu button should reveal the overlay menu for mobile.
What actually happened
The menu button does nothing.
