temp_credit_reference

-Temp file for online reference starting 1_10_2024. Will be used in conjunction with the Local credit reference to be used on the Credit portion on the Main Menu for the sources, info, edu content, etc.
Considering that I'll limit updates until V6 is fully completed, rather just quickly add the ref credit source than re-open the local credit.txt.
