Having a strict timer for each round is frustrating for the players : they don't have enough time to discuss during the first rounds and don't spend the full time at the end of the simulation.
Therefore : could we add a parameter to have a global timer for every discussion phase ?
It would work as follows :
The game begins with a strict time of 30 minutes for the 12 discussion phases.
Every discussion phase, the players are free to use as many time as they want to discuss, but the time they spend will be deduced the next discussion.
Example : turn 1, 30 minutes of discussion, the players use 3 minutes. For the second turn, the players will have 27 minutes remaining to use.
