RPC list doesn't seem to support 4337 endpoints #538

The RPC list linked in the README is a generic list of Ethereum RPC providers. I yet have to find one that supports the RPC endpoints listed in EIP-4337. I recommend deleting it for now, until someone can positively identify a subset of 4337 compliant providers.
